NCIS, the hit CBS crime drama now in its 13th season, filmed at the White House this week, apparently with the assistance of First Lady Michelle Obama.

Greg Mathieson, a photographer for the Washington Post spotted series star Mark Harmon leaving the White House on Monday and stopped him for a photo and a few words. Harmon — who plays Agent Gibbs on the long-time series — let loose a big spoiler for an upcoming episode: Michelle Obama will be in the episode filmed at the People’s House.

Along with its spinoff, NCIS: Los Angeles, the series, known for its respect for our armed services, has also had many episodes featuring a decidedly left-wing viewpoint.

In 2009, for instance, the Mark Harmon vehicle featured a show that depicted Christians committing honor killings, even killing innocent Muslims.

The next year, the NCIS crew saved the nation from a terrorist band made up of a group of white, Tea Party-like suburbanites.

In 2014, one episode of the series featured a segment depicting an photo decorating an office with the episode’s “bad guy” standing next to George W. Bush.

NCIS spinoff, NCIS: Los Angeles, has also included scenes and story lines slamming conservatives and center-right politicians. In a 2011 episode, for instance, an evil Venezuelan villain was called the “Karl Rove of Caracas.”

The next season, in a 2012 episode, the CBS spinoff pitted an evil Republican against a saintly and well-meaning Democrat. And the next year, the show gave its audience a group of Tea Partiers as terrorists and presented health care companies as villains.
