FARGO – A 33-year-old man accused of stabbing his friend while they were both having sex with a woman, was sentenced to two years of supervised probation and credit for time served, after pleading guilty to an amended charge of aggravated assault.
Ashley Hunter was charged in February for allegedly stabbing a friend, Orlando DeWitt. According to Court documents, an argument broke out between the two men during the incident, after which Hunter stabbed Dewitt.
No information has been given as to which of the men is still dating the woman.
