Man Violently Assaulted After Winning At Beer Pong

WICHITA, KS — According to police, a 25-year-old man was hospitalized early Sunday morning after two men repeatedly punched him in the face and then hit him on the head with a 2×4 for allegedly winning in a game of beer pong.

The incident reportedly took place a house party when two men felt they were being out performed in the highly competitive world of beer pong.  A verbal argument ensued followed by the ruthless beating.

The victim suffered lacerations to his face and head, requiring seven stitches and two staples. The Sargent working the case said the victim did not know the two men nor could he remember the location of the party.

This rings of the Tony Harding as the World Series of Beer Pong is in a few short weeks in Las Vegas.
