HOWARD, Wisconsin (WKOW) — Two workers at a Green Bay nursing home are facing three felony counts for allegedly taking pictures of naked elderly patients and then sharing the images via a smart phone application.
According to the criminal complaint filed in Brown County, two women in their 20’s have been charged with recording nudity without consent. The alleged victims were identified as two 80-year-old residents of Brookview Meadows. The complaint says that one resident was filmed while bathing and the other during a treatment for an obstructed bowel.
In all fairness to Brookview Meadows, their web site does clearly state that they offer bathing assistance and incontinence management.
