Loudoun County Virginia police have arrested Ralph Watts Conrad III, 43, an Algonkian Elementary School art teacher for child pornography.
Conrad has been employed by Loudoun County Public Schools for approximately 15 years and also worked at “Belmont Station Elementary, Lowe’s Island Elementary, Frances Hazel Reid, Legacy Elementary, Mill Run Elementary and Creighton’s Corner Elementary” schools.
Additional charges are possible and authorities are encouraging anyone who may have information that could impact the case to come forward.
