VANCOUVER, Washington – Salmon Creek’s Caran Johnson is well known in her social-media circles for tweeting about Clark County traffic using the twitter handle @ScanCouver. On Wednesday afternoon, she live-tweeted about a two car collision that occurred at 1:41 p.m. In a heartbreaking turn of events, she would later realize that her husband was a fatality in the accident.
Caran became increasingly concerned as the afternoon wore on and her husband had not yet arrived home. The entire heart wrenching chain of tweets eventually ends in her realization.
Her final Tweet reads simply: “It’s him. He died”
