Sen. Durbin Suggesting Alito & Roberts Lied Under Oath

During opening statements at the Kagan confirmation hearings, Sen. Dick Durbin suggests that Justices Alito and Roberts were not telling the truth when they swore under oath they would not practice ‘Judicial Activism’.
