President Donald Trump will attend a celebration at the White House recognizing Greek Independence Day.
The White House has recognized the day for over 30 years, celebrating when Greeks in 1821 declared independence from the Ottoman Empire on March 25.
The celebration was first started by President Ronald Reagan in 1986
The event is scheduled to begin at 5:45 p.m. EST.
