McCarthy: I Hope We Have ‘At Least’ 24 Hours to Review Senate Coronavirus Bill

During a press conference on Wednesday, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) stated that he hopes the House has “at least” “24 hours” to review the Senate’s coronavirus aid package after it passes the Senate.

McCarthy said, “I would hope we’d at least have 24 hours. The speaker has said she would give us 24 hours. And that’s why I’m taking the time right now to our members, walking them through.”
