The Kardashian family allegedly asked notorious reality TV pimp Dennis Hof, who owns several brothels in Nevada, to keep quiet about Lamar Odom’s time at Love Ranch South. Hof’s response? “Go to hell.”

Hof’s Moonlite BunnyRanch has been featured on the HBO series Cathouse since 2005, well before the Keeping Up with the Kardashians ever landed a home at E!.

When Lamar Odom, the estranged husband of Khloe Kardashian walked into an establishment owned by America’s most famous pimp last Saturday, Hof aimed to show him a good time, as he claims to do with all his clients.

But when Odom was discovered Tuesday afternoon suffering from an apparent overdose of “every drug imaginable,” the flesh-peddler’s employees called an ambulance, and Hof was soon front and center disclosing details of the former NBA star’s medical condition.

“He looked terrible,” Hof told Entertainment Tonight Wednesday of the 35-year-old’s condition leaving the ranch.

Saying Odom arrived at his brothel Saturday night, Hof described the athlete’s mental state as “ready to have a good time.”

After the situation deteriorated Tuesday, Hof told ET, “We called 911, my staff did. They said ‘roll him on his left side’ and he started throwing up a lot but he was breathing. Then the ambulance and the police came and took him to the hospital.”

The brothel owner has also been quoted as saying Odom “might not make it.”

Members of the image-driven Kardashian family reportedly did not approve of Hof’s candor when discussing Lamar’s condition.

During a conversation with Nancy Grace Wednesday, Hof said the reality TV bunch asked him through a publicist to stop speaking to the media.

“Speaking of the Kardashians, I got a call from their publicist today saying ‘Are you going to do any media?’ and I said yes I’m going to go on the Nancy Grace show,” said Hof. “And she said ‘please don’t do that, we’d rather have Khloe say what needs to be said.’”

Hof said he responded, “I told her to go to hell.”

Odom has reportedly been given a 50/50 shot at surviving the suspected overdose, and also may have suffered brain damage.

It was reported Wednesday while Odom may have already been using cocaine when he arrived at the brothel, he was set off Sunday by an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
