Peru: Venezuela's Little Brother

Does Latin America really need another Hugo Chavez? Does Peru need a Hugo Chavez? The answer is most definitely NO! Peru’s economy has been on the upswing in recent years, but the day after Ollanta Humala won the presidency the Peruvian stock market fell 12%. Humala has been called Hugo Chavez’s puppet and Roger Noriega explains what affect this Socialist leader, who calls himself a Moderate, will have on the national and regional scene. It seems Hugo Chavez’s control in the region is expanding and America needs to take note.
