Duque pledges FARC peace deal ‘corrections’ after Colombia win

Bogota (AFP) – Conservative Ivan Duque pledged “corrections” to Colombia’s peace agreement with FARC rebels in his first speech after winning Sunday’s presidential election.

“That peace we long for — that demands corrections — will have corrections, so that the victims are the center of the process, to guarantee truth, justice and reparation,” Duque told supporters at his campaign headquarters.
