TORONTO, June 17 (UPI) — Katie Holmes is giving fans a glimpse into her life with daughter Suri Cruise.
The 37-year-old actress posted a rare photo with her 10-year-old daughter from The Kennedys: After Camelot set Thursday.
“My sweetie #setlife #gratitude,” she captioned a picture of herself and Suri sitting in their personalized directors chairs.
Holmes shares her daughter with actor Tom Cruise, whom she divorced in 2012 after five years of marriage. The actress opened up about motherhood and her life as a single parent in the December 2015 issue of Ocean Drive.
“It changes you completely in such amazing ways, and I think that you become who you were meant to be,” she said. “Being a parent also is a source of inspiration to just work really hard. You want to set an example.”
“I don’t really regret anything that I’ve done,” she added of her split from Cruise. “I’ve learned from everything, and everything sort of leads you to the next place. I just keep going.”
Holmes will play Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis in After Camelot, which is scheduled to premiere on Reelz in 2017. The actress previously portrayed the late first lady in the network’s miniseries The Kennedys.
