Beijing (AFP) – US Secretary of State John Kerry called on China to join in finding a “diplomatic solution” to rising tensions in the South China Sea, as the two countries began an annual dialog in Beijing on Monday.
He also told China it was “imperative to keep the pressure” on North Korea.
