LOS ANGELES, Oct. 3 (UPI) —
Bethany Mota and partner Derek Hough received a perfect score this week on Dancing with the Stars.
The 18-year-old YouTube sensation and 29-year-old professional dancer performed a jazz number to "Singin’ in the Rain" that received perfect 10s from judges Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli, Carrie Ann Inaba and Julianne Hough. The episode had a "Movie Night" theme, and Tonioli declared Mota and Hough did Singin’ in the Rain star Gene Kelly proud.
Mota celebrated her 40/40 score by sharing a video of the moment on Instagram, and added the caption, "Still in shock that this happened tonight. STRAIGHT TENS?!? What?!? I’m beyond thankful for all of my motavators & such an incredible dance partner @derekhough thank you guys for voting!!! #MOTOUGH #DWTS."
Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
