Last week, Hulk Hogan’s entire world was turned upside down when a video of the wrestler indulging a race-tinged tirade went public.

Almost immediately, World Wrestling Entertainment fired the wrestler. But Obama has also been heard using the “n-word,” and some are wondering why it’s OK for President Obama to use the word while Hulk Hogan loses his career over it.

Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, was fired last week and even had his entire career with the WWE erased from the entertainment company’s website, after the video showing him uttering a string of racial epithets, including the n-word, was made public.

On the other hand, readers may recall that President Obama also used the n-word during a discussion on race in America on a comedian’s podcast published at the end of June.

The dichotomy has some fans wondering why Hogan can be fired when even President Obama has used the same word?

It appears that Hogan is also wondering why this is the case. On Sunday, a Twitter user named Wolfshead Online tweeted the following: “Bi-racial President Obama uses N word, is applauded and keeps his job. @HulkHogan uses N word, is vilified and loses his job.”

After the Twitter user posted his confusion over why Hogan got fired while Obama was praised for using the same word, Hogan was quite appreciative and responded with a series of favorable tweets, thanking the user and thanking all those Hogan fans who still support him.

As soon as the tweets became widely known, dozens of Twitter users attacked Wolfshead Online for his defense of Hogan and his questioning of Obama’s use of the n-word.

Ultimately, after a day of Twitter users finding the tweet and attacking him, Wolfshead Online deleted his account and disappeared from Twitter.
