A Greenville, South Carolina, man with a face tattoo of a pistol was charged with unlawful firearm possession after firefighters witnessed him throw a revolver into the grass.

Fox News reports that the man, Michael Vines, was involved in an accident and allegedly threw a firearm into the grass in the aftermath.

The Greenville Police Department reported that Vines “allegedly tossing a fully-loaded S&W .38-caliber revolver into the grass after a recent car wreck near the intersection of Green Avenue and Guess Street.”

The GPD noted that Vines is federally prohibited from firearm possession and has a tattoo of gun on his forehead. He was charged with “driving under a suspended license, driving too fast for conditions and unlawful carrying of a firearm.”
