President Joe Biden will address the United States on Thursday, reacting to the news that Russian President Vladimir Putin has attacked Ukraine.
The president is expected to announce a series of economic sanctions against Russia to try and punish Putin for the attacks.
The speech is scheduled for 12:30 pm Eastern.
