Dan Gainor: Hillary Clinton Could ‘Kill Someone and Get Less Coverage’ Than a Typo in a Trump Tweet

Media Research Center’s (MRC) Vice President of Business and Culture Dan Gainor joined Breitbart News Daily SiriusXM host Alex Marlow on Tuesday to discuss a recent MRC item on how George Soros funds liberal media and media bias in general in Election 2016.

It reads in part:

As U.S. citizens prepare to select the next president, one liberal donor spent more than $103 million on media over the last 14 years to promote his own progressive agenda.

Liberal billionaire George Soros pledged to give at least $25 million to Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton and other Democratic candidates and causes, according to Politico. And emails exposed by WikiLeaks showed Clinton staffers going out of their way to “make Soros happy” before the 2016 campaign even started.

Asked if the mainstream media’s bias seemed to be business-as-usual this year, Gainor said, “This is the worst media election, ever.” He also cited reporters Monday going on about the negative attitude toward them from crowds at campaign rallies for Donald Trump.

‘They don’t understand. They live in such a bubble,” said Gainor. “They don’t understand why people are angry.”

He then pointed to “the reality,” saying, “You’ve got Donna Brazile trying to fix a debate by floating a question. You’ve got NBC trying to fix not just a debate, but the election, by dropping the Trump video at a particular time.”

He went on to say, “You’ve got the New York Times running an op-ed on its front page saying that the most liberal paper in the country should throw away any vestiges it has of being neutral.”

“Every Trump scandal gets several times more coverage than any Hillary Clinton scandal. Hillary could, to use the Donald Trump metaphor, stand on the street on Fifth avenue and kill someone and get less coverage than Donald Trump would get for forgetting to put an apostrophe in a word when he tweeted.”

Breitbart News Daily airs on SiriusXM Patriot 125 weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Eastern.
