Philip Rivers is known throughout the football world, as being one of the most kind and courteous players you’re going to find.
On Thursday night we learned that Rivers reputation for kindness and good manners even extends to moments when he’s being pelted by debris from opposing fans.
After Rivers and the Chargers defeated the Chiefs 29-28 in dramatic fashion, the Los Angeles quarterback made his way to the tunnel. However, as he approached, Chiefs fans began throwing debris at him. Rivers responded by trolling the fans with the good-natured demeanor we’ve come to know and expect of him: He waved.

It was a huge win for the Chargers, who now equal the Chiefs record of 11-3. Trailing Kansas City for the division lead only because of KC’s better conference record. Still, the Chargers got a huge win, and Philip Rivers earned the right to troll anyone he wants.
