Netanyahu on Rare Visit to Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan

In an effort to reach out to moderate Muslim countries, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is slated Tuesday morning to take off for a historic two-day visit to Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
