The horrifying 911 call from the social worker outside of Josh Powell’s house as he killed his two sons inside reveals that Elizabeth Griffin-Hall, a contracted care worker for the Foster Care Resource Network could not have done anything else to save them. Josh Powell slammed the door in Griffin-Hall’s face seconds after 5-year-old Braden and 7-year-old Charles entered the home. She immediately made the 911 call.
