Family Sues To Have 'Under God' Removed From Pledge

Atheist Massachusetts parents with three children are suing the local school district claiming that reciting the Pledge of Allegiance with the words “under God” is a discriminating experience for their kids. Monday the attorney for the family asked that the words be taken out of the Pledge of Allegiance.
