Carney: Boehner 'Dishonest,' Gas Prices Won't Decrease 'Simply By Drilling'

White House spokesman Jay Carney opened his press conference by lashing out at Speaker John Boehner for “false promises” and “dishonesty,” asserting that President Obama is all in favor of domestic oil production, and that the Keystone pipeline and drilling will not affect gas prices.
