Scott Brown: 'We Would Not Be Worrying About Ebola Right Now' If Romney Won

In an appearance on Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade’s Friday radio show, New Hampshire senatorial hopeful Scott Brown contended a lot of the problems ailing the country would not be as severe had President Barack Obama not been elected and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney (R-MA) had been elected instead.

Brown made those remarks in reference to the numerous pols that have come to New Hampshire to aid his election bid, which included Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and Romney.

“Gosh can you imagine if Mitt was the president right now?” Brown said. He was right on Russia, he was right on Obamacare, he was right on the economy. And I guarantee you we would not be worrying about Ebola right now and, you know, worrying about our foreign policy screw ups. So it was nice to have him.”
