Zuckerman: US Credibility in Middle East ‘Virtually Eliminated’

Mort Zuckerman, US News and World Report Chairman and Editor-in-Chief and publisher of the New York Daily News, declared that America’s credibility in the Middle East had been “virtually eliminated” on Friday’s “McLaughlin Group.”

After fellow panelist Tom Rogan argued that US foreign policy had been largely unsuccessful in Yemen and Iran, calling Obama’s foreign policy “a joke” Zuckerman added “we took our troops out too early in Iraq, we did not stand behind what we said we would do if Syria got engaged in the way it was, our credibility in that part of the world is virtually eliminated.”
