Thursday in New York City at a post-court press conference, Stormy Daniels’ lawyer Michael Avenatti said there was “no question” President Donald Trump implicated himself when he said his attorney Michael Cohen “represents me like with this crazy Stormy Daniels deal,” this morning in a phone interview on “Fox & Friends.”
Avenatti said, “I think the president should appear on ‘Fox & Friends’ every morning. I thought it was exceptional for our case and I thought it was disastrous for him.”
He added, “I think there’s no question it implicates him. I don’t believe there’s any way you can reconcile what the president said on ‘Fox & Friends’ with the statements on Air Force One. With the prior statements of Cohen, those are all irreconcilable—a significant problem for Michael Cohen and the president.”
