Ryan: Debate won't make or break race

WASHINGTON, Sept. 30 (UPI) —

Republican vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan said Sunday he doesn’t think Wednesday’s debate will “make or break this campaign.”

A decisive victory, though, is still critical to the race, he said in an interview on “Fox News Sunday.”

Ryan said the debate will present Americans with a clear choice come election day in November.

Ryan pointed to what he called the Obama administration’s “weak foreign policy” as an example of how different the policies of the two camps are. He called the president’s response to the terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya, that killed four Americans slow, confused and inconsistent.
