New York's Pint-Sized, 370-Square Feet Apartments

New York City officials unveiled the apartment of the future, all in the comfy size of a hotel room. 

Officials hope to correct the city's short-fall of low-rent, loft-style spaces for young professionals. The 370-sq ft spaces will be $914/month for those earning around $38,000 a year. 

The design, touted as extremely "flexible," was submitted as part of a city contest.
