Obama Submits NCAA Bracket, but Not Federal Budget

As he left for the Middle East, President Barack Obama completed his 2013 NCAA tournament brackets for both men's and women's basketball. He has not, however, submitted a budget to Congress, and will do so only on April 8, two months after the deadline and on the day of the NCAA men's basketball championship itself.

On the men's side, Obama has picked two #1 seeds--Louisville and Indiana--to reach the Final Four in Atlanta, along with #2 seed Ohio State and #3 seed Florida. On the women's side, he picked three #1 seeds--UConn, Notre Dame, and Baylor--along with California, a #2 seed. ESPN will reveal his full brackets on Wednesday.

As for Obama's full federal budget, members of Congress and the American people will know the Final Four first.
