Attorney For Alleged Maryland Mega Millions Winner Speaks Out

A short time ago, the director of the Maryland lottery announced that no one has come forward to claim the winning Mega Millions ticket despite claims by one McDonald’s employee that she has the ticket. Marlinde Wilson says she has the winning ticket, and hid it in the McDonald’s at which she worked.Wilson’s lawyer, Edward Smith, Jr., joined America Live and said that although he hasn’t seen the ticket, he doesn’t need to. Smith said, “I don’t need to see the ticket to hear my client’s explanation of why it is that she has not turned in the ticket.
