Biden Interrupts, Mocks Ryan: 'Oh, Now You're Jack Kennedy?'
As Paul Ryan tried to detail Mitt Romney's tax plan, Vice President Biden interrupted and claimed that the tax plan would not work. Ryan responded by saying that the same plan was done under "Jack Kennedy." Biden laughed at Ryan and said, "Oh, now you're Jack Kennedy?" Biden continued to talk over Ryan as he continued to try to explain the Romney tax plan by talking about Romney's experience of working with a hostile legislature.
