IRS Inspector General: 'No Question' Both Incompetence, Ideology Led To Targeting

Treasury Inspector General J. Russell George was asked if the targeting of conservative groups by the IRS was either “based on what those groups believed in” or incompetence in management. George said that he could not definitively answer because the investigation is still ongoing but said “no question there is a little of both.”
