Obama Promises No Troops to Syria Twice in Weekly Address

Barack Obama wants you to know that if Congress authorizes military force against Syria, he won’t be sending any American troops to fight the regime of Bashar Assad–no, sir. In fact, Obama thinks this is such an important point, he makes the vow twice in his three-minute address.
