Harry Reid: NFL Should Remove 'Bigotry and Racism' of 'Redskins' Name Like NBA Did with Sterling

Wednesday on the Senate floor, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) said that the NFL should follow the NBA’s example with the swift actions taken against Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling for his racist remarks and remove “bigotry and racism” in the NFL by changing the name of the Washington Redskins.
