Carnival Cruise Ship Stranded At Sea
Is it just me, or does everyone else notice that Carnival Cruise ships are consistently breaking down? Carnival is considered the cut-rate, party boat of the seas. For just a couple hundred bucks, people can go on a short cruise to the Bahamas, or other destinations. The ships are old and rusted out.
I recently went on a 5-day cruise aboard one of Royal Caribbean's luxury liners, and was able to get a first hand look at one of these Carnival ships. When we pulled up alongside a Carnival ship that was already docked in Cozumel, Mejico, I understood what the term "you get what you paid for" really meant. Carnival ship looked like a old rusted dump.
If the exterior of the Carnival ship looks busted up, one can only imagine what the interior, or even the mechanical areas of the ship looked like. In Carnival's defense, they do have younger, hotter babes that frequent their ships, in comparison to the geriatric cruise I recently took. I was like the youngest and prettiest person on the ship. Sad.
