After a New York state judge on Monday ruled that Mayor Michael Bloomberg could not ban the sale of sugary drinks larger than 16 oz. at restaurants and other establishments, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin tweeted a simple message to politicians like Bloomberg who favor a nanny state: “Govt, stay out of my refrigerator!”
Palin called the ruling a “victory” in New York City for “liberty-loving soda drinkers.”
