Even people who never saw the 1981 film “Chariots of Fire” have probably heard its iconic theme song.
The film itself is no slouch, winning four Academy Awards including Best Picture. The movie follows two British athletes, a devout Christian (Ian Charleson) and a Jew (Ben Cross) battling prejudice, competing in the 1924 Olympic Games.
The Blu-ray edition hit stores this week, but the film can be yours by entering Big Hollywood’s latest home video giveaway. We have two copies of “Fire” to hand out, and all you have to do is tell us your favorite Olympic sport and why. Send your answers to Christian Toto (firstname.lastname@example.org) by July 18 to enter the contest.
Winners must provide a United States-based address – no P.O. Boxes – to qualify.
