NBC Chief Medical Correspondent Ditches Ebola Quarantine for A Bowla Soup

NBC chief medical correspondent Dr. Nancy Snyderman officially became America’s Worst Media Personality on Monday, after she decided to ditch her Ebola quarantine and instead head to her favorite soup restaurant for a dish, according to the Daily Mail.

On Friday, Snyderman, along with her NBC crew, was ordered to quarantine for 21 days. That quarantine followed hard on one of her cameramen contracting Ebola during their journey to Liberia.

But the soup was simply too delicious at Peasant Grill in New Jersey for her to stay home. And so she drove, along with another of her Ebola-quarantined staffers, to the Peasant Grill to pick up that steaming hot bowl of joy.

The quarantine was mandatory; it had been upgraded from voluntary after an NBC crew member violated the voluntary quarantine last week. Snyderman admitted on NBC last week that the crew was in close contact routinely in Africa.
