‘Arrival’ promo features Amy Adams, Jeremy Renner, and Forrest Whitaker making contact with aliens

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 9 (UPI) — In a promo for the new film Arrival, Amy Adams plays an expert linguist who tries to make contact with aliens who’ve landed on Earth.

Adams plays Louise Banks, a language expert who joins a team of elite minds tasked to find out who the aliens are and what they want before it’s too late.

Jeremy Renner stars as mathematician/physics professor Ian Donnelly and Forest Whitaker is Colonel Weber in the film which opens in theaters on November 11.
