Palestinian preconditions for peace talks with Israel make a return to negotiations impossible, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Monday.
“To me the setting of preconditions is an insurmounable obstacle” to talks, a statement from parliament quoted him as telling its foreign affairs and defence committee.
