The European Union, fresh from solving one trade dispute with China, called on Friday for the WTO to rule on another over Chinese anti-dumping duties on imports of EU steel pipes.
The EU said the duties on stainless steel pipe imports were incompatible with World Trade Organization rules and that it “continued its fight against unjustified Chinese trade defence measures.”
