BURBANK, Calif., June 19 (UPI) — Disney has released a minute-long trailer for its new animated series Elena of Avalor.
“Introducing Elena of Avalor the newest Disney princess! Coming this July to Disney Channel,” said a message accompanying the video clip on YouTube.
Set to premiere July 22, the show will follow the adventures of a sword-fighting, teen-age, Latina princess and her family, who live in a fictional, fairytale kingdom.
The Sofia the First spinoff will feature the voices of Aimee Carrero, Jenna Ortega, Chris Parnell, Yvette Nicole Brown and Carlos Alazraqui.
