NBA: Chicago 112, Phoenix 106 (OT)

PHOENIX, Nov. 14 (UPI) —

Luol Deng touched off a 10-1 run at the start of the overtime period Wednesday, sending Chicago to a 112-106 victory over Phoenix.

The Suns overcame a 14-point deficit in the fourth period and forced overtime when P.J. Tucker scored on a layup with 9 seconds to play.

Phoenix, however, was unable to maintain the momentum into the extra period. During the first 3 minutes of the 5-minute overtime the Suns went 1-of-3 from the field, missed a free throw, committed a charging foul and surrendered four offensive rebounds.

Chicago played on the road for just the second time this year and the Bulls have won both games. This was the opener of a five-game Chicago trip spanning 11 days.

Deng, Carlos Boozer and Joakim Noah combined to score 70 points and grab 29 rebounds.

Boozer led the way with 28 points and 13 boards. Deng and Noah both had 21 points. Luis Scola paced the Suns with 24 points and 14 rebounds.
