BURBANK, Calif., Oct. 18 (UPI) — Warner Bros. is launching a new interactive mobile game inspired by the upcoming film Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, the studio announced.
The game, Fantastic Beasts: Cases from The Wizarding World, will allow players to join the Ministry of Magic and “investigate unexplained happenings to uncover and protect the magical creatures at the center of every mysterious case.”
Players will be able to travel to the Leaky Cauldron, Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade while casting spells and brewing potions.
“We are delighted to bring fans a new mobile game inspired by J.K. Rowling’s Wizarding World, which invites players to discover their own fantastic beasts,” said David Haddad, President of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. “Fantastic Beasts: Cases From The Wizarding World offers a fun, magical mobile experience to all players.”
The free game will be available on both Apple and Android devices on Nov. 17, a day before the release of the film.
