WAM SHARJAH, May 19th, 2013 (WAM) — H. H. Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah has issued an administrative decision No. 5 of 2013 pertaining to the restructuring the Board of Directors of the Sharjah Charity Association.
In accordance with the decision, the Board will be restructured under the chairmanship of Esam bin Saqr Al Qasimi and other seven members.
Under the resolution, the Board will choose a Vice Chairman and distributes administrative posts among members as well.
