Big Sean declares he and Ariana Grande have great chemistry

NEW YORK, Sept. 17 (UPI) —

Big Sean has addressed his relationship with Ariana Grande.

Dating rumors have been flying about the 26-year-old rapper and 21-year-old singer, and Big Sean seemed to confirm the romance in an interview with MTV News.

"Me and her make a lot of music together and the chemistry between me and her when we work is great," he shared. "We got more in the works, too. I feel like her voice is crazy, that that big voice comes out of her is insane. I was probably one of the first people to tweet about her music."

Big Sean said he and Grande were "friends for years before anything else," and revealed they have new music in the works. The rapper and singer previously collaborated on singles "Best Mistake" and "Right There."

Big Sean and Grande were spotted holding hands backstage at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards in August, and the rapper said in the interview he had "no problem" with the footage being seen. He and Glee star Naya Rivera ended their engagement in April, and Grande broke up with Jai Brooks in July.
