Capitol Hill Scare: Private Plane Enters No Fly Zone

The threat level was briefly raised from yellow to orange and personnel in the U.S. Capitol were ordered to prepare to evacuate Wednesday after a small aircraft flew too close to the restricted airspace around federal Washington.
