NY Lawmakers: Stimulus Plan To Send $3.4B To NYC

New York lawmakers say President Barack Obama’s economic stimulus package will send nearly $3.4 billion in aid directly to New York City. The stimulus package is expected to be signed by Obama by mid-February.
