Marine General Questions Obama Afghanistan Withdrawal Plan

US Marine General James Conway said President Obama’s plan to start withdrawing troops from Afghanistan next July is encouraging Taliban insurgents. The General also said it would be a few years before the time was right to hand over to Afghan forces in some areas.
